Saturday, September 1st-PURPLE (In honor of Stollery)

Parade @ 10 a.m. – MANDATORY for contestants. $100.00 fine. Meet behind Ag Corral @ 9:00 to be bussed.
Pictures @ arena immediately after the parade. MANDATORY - $100.00 fine
Rodeo performance #3 @ 12:30p.m. (PLEASE NOTE NEW START TIME) Blue (Honor of First responders)
Rodeo performance #4 @ 7 p.m.

Sunday, September 2nd

Awards following final performance in Arena

FINALS GROUND RULES

1.Personal Sponsors cannot be announced by an announcer.

2. Contestants must wear proper cowboy attire with their back numbers on and will not be allowed to wear jackets during the grand entry. Barrel racers will be exempt from having to have their numbers on their backs as most put their numbers on their saddle pads. Contestants are also required to run on or show some enthusiasm as they are putting on a show for the spectators. Appropriate fines will be assessed to anyone failing to follow these procedures.

3.It is mandatory that contestants attend the rehearsal and parade Saturday at 10 AM. If you have candy you must walk beside the float and hand it out. Following the parade contestants will have their picture taken in the arena. Contestants not abiding by these rules will be fined $100.00. Resulting in no competition until paid.

4.Absolutely NO SELF PENNING contestants not abiding by these rules will be fined $100.00 resulting in no competition until paid. There will be no warnings, fines will be levied. NO STRAW bulk shavings will be supplied.

5.Only ONE STALL per contestant per event. No giving or selling of extra stalls. Or fines of $100.00.

6. All contestants in the major events MUST attend the Calcutta. Junior and Novice to not have to attend the Calcutta.
